In a strange congressional hearing on Tuesday, U.S. Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch declined to answer any questions about her department’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal email server while she was secretary of state, instead directing questions to FBI Director James Comey, a man lower than her on the organizational chart, reports The Washington Post.
