The ex-staffer of Hillary Clinton who set up her private server will plead the Fifth Amendment rather than testify in a private meeting before a congressional committee, Politico reports. The House Benghazi Committee subpoenaed Bryan Pagliano on August 11, but in a letter to his committee, his lawyer informed the committee he would not testify and refused to hand over documents.
