Rudy Giuliani, the personal attorney to President Donald Trump, on Wednesday ripped “disgruntled” members of special counsel Robert Mueller’s team as “a bunch of sneaky, unethical leakers.”
Giuliani — responding to a New York Times report that some Mueller staffers don’t believe Attorney General William Barr’s summary of their report was an adequate portrayal of the special counsel’s findings — said during an appearance on Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle” that the Times story validates the Trump team’s past criticisms of Mueller’s group.
“It makes the point that we’ve been making for two years despite all of the media reports about how holy and sanctimonious the Mueller team is. They’re a bunch of sneaky, unethical leakers,” he said.
“And they are rabid Democrats who hate the president of the United States. And I can’t tell you how much false information they leaked during the course of the investigation,” Giuliani added. Read Full Story at The Hill
