Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers, chair of the House Republican Conference, told constituents in Washington state last week that ObamaCare is likely here to stay. “We need to look at reforming the exchanges,” she said. McMorris-Rodgers came to national attention as the Republican choice to deliver opposing remarks to President Obama’s State-of-the-Union speech in January.
