It wasn’t until October 15 that President Obama held a high-level meeting with ObamaCare insiders where he furiously peppered them with questions and demands to fix the website that is infamous for its disastrous rollout, reports the New York Times. Following the meeting, ObamaCare insiders launched a “frantic effort” aimed at fixing the website, Obama’s credibility, and the Times says, “the Democratic philosophy that an activist government can solve big, complex, social problems.” The report is not pleasant for Obama, reporter Sheryl Gay Stolberg writes that it “reveals an insular White House” that didn’t even realize the magnitude of the epic fail, then turned only to trusted insiders to make fixes.
