Islamic State’s Next Target: Washington; Iraq Knew Attacks Were Coming

As the world continues to reel from the Paris attacks, the Islamic State announced it would attack Washington, D.C., and other countries, Reuters reports. Even so, President Obama still plans on accepting 10,000 Syrian refugees, according to The Washington Times.
