President Obama is making a concerted effort to turn the tables of public opinion on his legacy. NBC reports Obama defiantly promised, “We’re not repealing it as long as I’m president,” at an event Tuesday to pitch ObamaCare’s benefits. The Hill reports that after a disastrous rollout, Obama and his staff will attempt to lead a well-organized counter-attack – with daily briefings and meetings with surrogates.
