Frustrated by a stalemate with Congress, President Obama is looking to take action on immigration reform all on his own, reports The Hill. In recent days, the Obama administration has moved to increase access to higher education for illegal immigrants and loosen restrictions for foreign workers. The next big move could be to reduce deportations through the Department of Homeland Security.
