Obamacare Signup Projection Down 30 Percent

The Obama administration estimates 9.1 million Americans will sign-up for Obamacare when the new open enrollment period starts Saturday, reports the New York Times. That total is 30 percent less than the Congressional Budget Office previously estimated.
