Putin Threatens ‘I Can Take Kiev in 2 Weeks,’ US Troops Already Fighting in Iraq

Vladimir Putin threatened European leaders this weekend, “If I want to, I can take Kiev in two weeks,” reports London’s Telegraph. The threat follows reports over the weekend that NATO is considering a rapid response force for eastern Europe.
