Two weeks ago, House Republicans quickly passed a bill by voice vote which was reported at the time to contain the “doc fix” sought by physicians to ensure higher payments from the federal government in Medicare. Turns out, there was more in the bill. As reported by the Associated Press, the bill also included a change to ObamaCare, which the AP called a “striking, one-of-a-kind departure from dozens of high-decibel attempts to repeal or dismember” ObamaCare.
