After some initial confusion, France now says that Abdelhamid Abaaoud, the Islamic State militant suspected of masterminding the Paris terrorist attacks, really did die in a police raid early Wednesday, The New York Times reports.   Meanwhile, President Obama commented that Syrian refugees are a no bigger threat to the U.S. than “tourists,” according to The Washington Times.
