Top EU Court Defends ‘Right to Be Forgotten’ Online

In a landmark decision for privacy rights, Europe’s top court ruled Tuesday that ordinary people had the right to request sensitive information be removed from Google search results, reports Reuters. The EU Court’s action comes as Politico reports that the United States government has failed to take any actions to check Big Data companies.
