Two machete wielding terrorists killed a British soldier in front of a large crowd of onlookers Wednesday, then attempted a beheading and ranted terrorist slogans to nearby cameras, the Daily Mail reports. IRS Defenses are Falling Apart

The claim that the IRS scandal was one carried out by rogue agents is falling apart after a report by Fox 19 in Cincinnati examines the IRS organization chart to identify the official most likely to have given the orders: one Cindy Thomas who made news earlier in the scandal for having sent confidential information on conservative groups to the liberal investigative media group ProPublica.org. Meanwhile, in Washington, the Washington Post reports the official at the center of the storm right now attempted to invoke the Fifth Amendment, but House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa says she waived that right by giving an opening statement to the committee.
