Nervous Democrats are increasingly requesting delays for ObamaCare mandates and penalties, reports USA Today. And on Capitol Hill, the contractors who built the ObamaCare website laid blame on the Obama administration for “snags that have crippled the system,” as detailed by the Associated Press.
