A well-to-do Canadian with a long history as a loser launched an attack on Canadian Parliament yesterday, killing one soldier, reports The Globe and Mail. But before he could train his gun on others, he was shot down by Kevin Vickers, who serves as the sergeant-at-arms for Canadian Parliament. Prime Minster Stephen Harper called the incident terrorism. Authorities are still investigating whether the shooter was a lone wolf or part of a larger group.
