The CIA bought and destroyed at least 400 Borak rockets in Iraq in 2005 and 2006, reports the New York Times. The rockets, considered chemical weapons of mass destruction, were manufactured in the 1980s, but hidden by Saddam Hussein from weapons inspectors in the decade before the second Iraq War.
