In an unusual decision Tuesday, a federal judge in Pennsylvania declared President Obama’s actions on immigration unconstitutional, reports the Washington Post. But don’t expect the opinion to change anything in the near future. The unorthodox order comes in a case that is only tangentially related to the president’s new immigration policy, and which is not a direct challenge to the orders.
