In connection with a civil lawsuit filed by victims of terrorism against Saudi Arabia, aonvicted Al Qaeda terrorist Zacarias Moussaoui testified that Saudi princes funded Al Qaeda prior to 9/11, reports the New York Times. In addition, he claims to have discussed a plan to shoot down Air Force One at the Saudi Embassy in Washington.
