NSA Phone Spying Ruled Unconstitutional, Pope Removes Conservative American Bishop

A federal judge ruled Monday that the National Security Agency’s program to track the phone records of millions of Americans without probable cause likely violated the Fourth Amendment, reports The Guardian. The judge issuing the ruling, Judge Richard Leon, is a conservative appointed by George W. Bush with a history of challenging the power of the federal government.
