President Obama declared victory for the ACA yesterday, touting new reports of 7 million signups for health insurance on the ObamaCare exchanges, reports the New York Times. But a secret study from the RAND Corporation casts serious doubt on the president’s data. As reported by the Daily Mail, RAND estimates only 858,000 newly-insured Americans have actually paid their ObamaCare premiums. Newsmax reports that GOP called Obama’s figures the “ultimate April Fool’s Day joke.”
