ObamaCare Insurance Exchanges Months Behind on Data Security

As the Obama administration prepares for an October 1 roll-out of health insurance exchanges, Reuters reports data security testing is months behind schedule. In fact, the federal government has postponed deciding whether Americans’ personal information is secure enough until the very day before the exchanges are scheduled to open. Experts note the most likely security breach could be massive identity theft.
