ObamaCare Mandate Delayed Again for Business

Tue Feb 11, 2014 AT 8:00 AM EST

The Obama administration announced yet another delay yesterday to the ObamaCare employer mandate, reports the Washington Post. This time, the delay is for medium-sized companies with between 50 to 99 workers. These companies will be exempt from ObamaCare coverage mandates for two years. House Speaker John Boehner remarked that President Obama still has not taken action for individuals, “Once again, the president is giving a break to corporations while individuals and families are still stuck under the mandates of his health care law.” Politico notes that Obama has opened the door for serious discussion about rolling back the individual mandate.
