It’s been three months and hasn’t been noticed until now, but the editors at the Wall Street Journal report that President Obama quietly repealed the individual mandate for Americans who had their health policies cancelled as a result of ObamaCare. Hidden in a seven-page technical bulletin and a footnote, the mandate exemption will extend until 2016.
