Politico reports House leaders are pushing for a Friday vote hopeful they can pass sweeping trade legislation, even as they rush to resolve an 11th-hour hangup over how to pay for aid to displaced workers. Meanwhile, The Hill reports a bipartisan group of lawmakers is clamoring for a House rule change to require all trade deals be made publicly available 60 days before they could be approved using fast-track authority.
