Over 60 percent of Americans believe President Obama Believe President Obama lacks a coherent strategy to combat ISIS, according to a CBS News Poll. Meanwhile, Secretary of State John Kerry quipped Monday on NBC’s “Today” show that “ISIS is not 10 feet tall,” reports CNN.
