Observations of spies and satellites lead the Obama administration to believe Russia is preparing for a full-scale invasion of eastern Ukraine, reports the DailyBeast’s Eli Lake. But despite the Obama administration’s pledge of support for Ukraine and sharing of detailed intel with members of Congress, they will not share information on Russian troop movements with Ukraine.
