As the FCC prepares to vote on massive new Internet regulations, Republicans in Congress waved the white flag, reports the New York Times. Sen. John Thune, R-SD, admitted his legislative efforts to stop President Obama’s plan lacked any Democratic support and would not be signed by the president.
