Russia Refused to Share Info on Boston Bomber with US

Despite requests from the FBI, Russia refused to share critical information about Boston Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s ties to radical Islam two years before the attacks that killed three and injures 260 others, Newsmax reports. Had the additional information been known, it’s likely a deeper investigation would have occurred and perhaps the tragedy could have been averted.
