Russian Cossack Suspect ID’d in Ukraine Plane Terror; Another Plane Goes Missing

U.S. officials have identified a Russian Cossack leader suspected to have ordered the missile attack on the downed Malaysian Airlines plane in Ukraine, reports NBC News. Nikolai Kozitsyn, the leader of Russia’s Don Cossacks, can be heard cursing “spies” on the downed flight in a phone call just after the plane was shot down.
