Trump Turns Attention to Secretary of State — and Issues Cuba Threat

President-elect Donald J. Trump is back in New York to continue selecting people for his administration, having to deal with a battle over whether Mitt Romney should be considered for secretary of state. Trump also took time out to tweet a possible cooling of relations with Cuba, as well as voter fraud charges, reports The New York Times.
