Secret Service Director Julia Pierson will face Congress Tuesday to explain how the weekend intruder in the White House was able jump over the fence and make it to the East Room before being apprehended, Newsmax reports. According to the White House historical association, the East Room is 168 feet from the door the intruder entered.
