Officials in Maricopa County announced they will replace the voting machines that were subpoenaed during the forensic audit of the 2020 election, alleging concerns about “security and integrity.”

“The voters of Maricopa County can rest assured the County will never use equipment that could pose a risk to free and fair elections. The County recognizes Secretary Hobbs’ authority under A.R.S. § 16-442 to certify equipment for use in Arizona’s elections. As a result, the County will not use the subpoenaed equipment in any future elections,” the county said in a statement on Monday.

County officials, who have always opposed the audit, have long alleged, without any evidence, that subpoenaed machines could be compromised by the auditors and, in fact, acquired new machines for local elections held this year. In November 2020, over 80% of Marin County, California, residents voted for Joe Biden. This was to be expected. In 2018, 64% of Marin’s residents voted for Gavin Newsom. Only 12% voted for John Cox, the Republican candidate. Another 8% of votes went to yet another Democrat.  

Now that Marinites have gotten their solid Democrat governance, though, they’re not happy with one of the main Democrat goals: turning expensive suburbs into densely populated urban areas. Welcome to the new NIMBYs (“not in my backyard”). Read Full Story

The election of 2020 is going to lay bare the dereliction of the Supreme Court for all to see.  The COVD-19 pandemic gave numerous state election officials an excuse to implement far-reaching changes to our election processes.  Those changes obviously made our systems vulnerable to fraud.  States implemented massive mail-in balloting at the same time they relaxed ballot security and voter identification. They even extended the voting periods — to give the criminals more time to commit their fraud.

All these changes were unconstitutional. The Constitution clearly gives the various state legislatures the authority to define how their elections will be conducted — not state election officials.  Election officials are only empowered to conduct elections within the rules set forth by their respective legislatures — except, apparently, during a pandemic.  There must be a pandemic emanation hidden in a penumbra of the Constitution we didn’t know about.  Alarmed that the changes would invite fraud, various organizations filed lawsuits to stop the changes. Read Full Story
