Our form of government provides that citizens are lawfully allowed to vote for any candidate in whom they so choose. This unique system saw millions of Americans vote for whomever they wanted and for an array of reasons. 

Millions of Americans voted for Donald Trump to once again be president. They did this not because they particularly liked the man, although some did, but because they enjoyed the direction in which the country moved.

These Americans appreciated high employment numbers, lower gas prices, more stability in the Middle East, etc. Read Full Story

President Donald Trump accused Republicans in Congress of getting “cold feet” Thursday on abolishing Section 230, days after Trump’s vow to veto military spending until it includes the removal of the law.

Congress is currently focused on passing the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), an annual bill that funds military priorities. Trump tweeted late Tuesday evening, however, that he would veto any version of the bill that doesn’t include language abolishing Section 230.

“Looks like certain Republican Senators are getting cold feet with respect to the termination of Big Tech’s Section 230, a National Security and Election Integrity MUST. For years, all talk, no action. Termination must be put in Defense Bill!!!” Trump tweeted Thursday. Read Full Story

If you’re wondering what happened in Georgia on Sunday, you’re not alone. A federal district court issued three different orders about county officials’ plans to wipe Dominion voting machines. Thankfully, the last order gets it right and stops Georgia officials from erasing information on voting machines at the heart of the debate about election fraud.

Word went out that Georgia officials were wiping Dominion voting machines in Fulton County, ostensibly to prepare them for the run-off election, which is more than a month away. In Coreco Ja’qan Pearson, et al. v. Brian Kemp, et al., a lawsuit seeking to stop Georgia from certifying the election, the plaintiffs filed an emergency request for injunctive relief to stop the deletions.

Judge Timothy C. Batten, Sr., issued an order stopping Union County officials from wiping voting machines. Read Full Story
