California to Sue Trump Administration Over Plan for U.S.-Mexico Border Wall

California Atty. Gen. Xavier Becerra plans to announce a lawsuit Wednesday on behalf of the state that will challenge President Trump’s proposal to build a wall at the U.S.-Mexico border, a project Becerra has called “medieval,” reports The Los Angeles Times.
