In a closed door meeting Monday, Secretary of State John Kerry told the Trilateral Commission that United States intelligence services have proof that Moscow is controlling the gangs attacking the Ukrainian government, reports the Daily Beast. “Intel is producing taped conversations of intelligence operatives taking their orders from Moscow,” Kerry said. “We know exactly who’s giving those orders, we know where they are coming from.”
