Mnuchin: Tax Plan Will Cut Deficits by $1 Trillion

The tax cuts proposed by Republicans and the White House will stimulate enough economic growth to overcome expected deficits, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said Thursday, according to The Hill.
