The Washington Post reports that pro-Russian rebels handed over black boxes and victims’ bodies in Ukraine Monday, finally allowing foreign investigators to study the crash site. Top Obama administration officials said Monday that they believe Russia was directly responsible for the downing of the Malaysian Airlines plane in Ukraine, reports the Huffington Post. According to these officials, there is no other credible explanation for the tragedy.
